This hotel exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the location is unbeatable, right in front of the main intersection, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff was exceptional, with some of them even speaking English fluently, which was a major plus for me. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and clean, meeting the standards that I would expect from a hotel in this price range.
While the hotel offered many great amenities, there is still room for improvement in one area.

Convenient and enjoyable stay the location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the bus terminal, train station, and great dining options. the public baths were amazing and added a unique touch to the overall experience. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi which made it easy to stay connected with family and friends back home.
Small rooms and expensive parking the rooms were a bit small, making it cramped for two people and their luggage. parking was expensive and limited, which was a hassle traveling by car.

This hotel is perfectly located near several department stores and right by the train station. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with enough space for two suitcases. the hotel offers a small guest coin laundry and a fantastic onsen with healing properties.
One downside is that the road noise and construction noise can be heard from the rooms, even if the windows are closed.

Stayed here for business and it was really convenient. Close to the bus and train terminals which made getting around easy. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and the staff were friendly. Loved the Japanese bath on the top floor, perfect for relaxing after a long day of meetings. , having a coffee and small convenience store in the lobby was a great bonus.
The room was quite small, but this seems to be common in business hotels in Japan. the breakfast spread was a bit basic and lacks variety, but the location more than makes up for it.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
